Compensation: Up to $130,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do
- Drive business success planning by aligning customer requirements with internal product and engineering teams.
- Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation.
- Advocate for customer needs and requirements within the organization to influence product development.
- Collaborate with technical support and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Develop hands-on technical knowledge of security products to help customers optimize their usage.
- Work with sales teams to identify renewal and expansion opportunities while minimizing churn risks.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
- Relevant domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, or vulnerability management.
- Strong ability to act with autonomy and take full ownership of a customer portfolio.
- High emotional intelligence and strong priority management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new processes from scratch.
Nice to have
- Previous early-stage startup experience.
- Hands-on technical experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Linux.
- Passion for technology and cybersecurity.
