What you will do

• Own the technical success of strategic customer portfolios throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage and resolve complex support requests as the primary escalation point.
• Lead technical discovery, implementation, and production rollouts for customers.
• Guide customers in deploying and optimizing integrations like Splunk, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Translate business and security objectives into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to internal support standards and processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role within a cybersecurity SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience working with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of security tooling, cloud providers, and network protocols (SSL/TLS).
• Proven ability to own complex customer relationships and drive technical outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
