What you will do

  • Own the relationship with mid-market accounts post-sales, serving as the primary point of contact for implementation and training.
  • Lead client onboarding and configuration projects to ensure successful go-live and ongoing product adoption.
  • Run periodic business reviews with key stakeholders to track performance and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales teams to drive renewals and upsell initiatives.
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage patterns, and feedback to proactively address churn risks.
  • Provide first-level triage and support for customer inquiries within a pooled model.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS, Fintech, Mortgage, or Lending.
  • Proven track record of stability and impact at early-stage startups with 50-200 employees.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to explain complex API functionality to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
