Location: Must be based in the U.S.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + Equity + Variable Compensation

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Drive platform education and adoption through regular check-ins and product training.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales on upsell strategies.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address at-risk accounts.
  • Communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
  • Develop scalable processes tailored to the unique needs of SMB clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • 3-6 years of experience in customer success or account management in SaaS, startup, healthcare, or benefits space.
  • Direct experience working in the benefits space.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing SMB or midmarket customer accounts.
  • Ability to analyze data and business insights to influence stakeholder decision-making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating customer behaviors.
