Salary: $123,250 - $166,750 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sales success lead for assigned commercial accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with executive leadership and technical engineering teams.
- Advise customers on Kubernetes-based platform architecture and secure software delivery principles.
- Lead Quarterly and Executive Reviews focused on platform value and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot complex deployment challenges in partnership with internal engineering teams.
- Identify and drive renewal and expansion opportunities across the customer base.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Strong background in cloud-native technologies including AWS, Azure, or on-prem Kubernetes.
- Experience working with platform engineering teams and understanding of CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and experience facilitating cross-departmental exercises.
- Familiarity with regulated or high-compliance deployment environments is a plus.
