What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns aligned with retention goals and commercial priorities.
• Support the setup, QA, and deployment of automated customer journeys to ensure quality and compliance.
• Resolve campaign-level technical issues including deep linking, rendering, and personalization logic.
• Manage promotional budgets, track spend, and monitor trends to escalate risks.
• Analyze campaign performance data to uncover growth opportunities and influence retention strategy.
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop high-impact campaign assets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, California.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of marketing platforms, Email Service Providers (Braze, Movable Ink, XP), and Customer Data Platforms (Segment, HighTouch).
• Proficiency in managing complex campaigns and analyzing performance data.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop.
