Contracts Manager (CLM/Ironclad): Own contract lifecycle operations and administer Postman’s Ironclad CLM platform, building workflows, templates, dashboards, and reporting with an accent on high-volume B2B SaaS contracting and cross-functional execution. Focus on automating contract workflows, coordinating signature processes, and improving contract data quality and operational rhythms to keep commercial deals moving accurately and on time.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base, plus competitive equity

What you will do

  • Administer Postman’s Ironclad CLM platform: configuration, workflow design, user management, and ongoing optimization.
  • Build and improve automated contract workflows to reduce cycle times and minimize manual steps for Legal and GTM teams.
  • Manage contract records, metadata, and reporting; create dashboards for Legal, Deal Operations, and Finance visibility into volume, cycle times, and bottlenecks.
  • Support commercial deal flow by preparing and routing routine agreements (e.g., NDAs, order forms, standard procurement documents) and coordinating signature workflows.
  • Create and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, and internal documentation (process guides, FAQs, decision trees).
  • Triage incoming contract requests, route non-standard matters to Legal, and troubleshoot CLM/system issues while coordinating with internal tooling teams.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a similar role supporting commercial transactions at a technology company.
  • Hands-on Ironclad administration experience (workflow design, template building, reporting, and system configuration).
  • Strong understanding of the commercial contract lifecycle in a B2B SaaS environment (intake through execution and post-signature management).
  • Experience building or improving reporting and analytics for legal or deal operations teams.
  • Comfort with AI-powered contract tools and enthusiasm for automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage high volumes of contracts and signature workflows with speed and precision.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and how it integrates with CLM workflows.
  • Experience deploying/evaluating AI features within CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad AI, AI-assisted review, smart clause extraction).
  • Experience delivering training/onboarding materials for Sales, Deal Operations, or other GTM stakeholders.
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS deal structures (multi-year subscriptions, marketplace transactions, channel/reseller agreements).
  • Familiarity with data privacy agreements (DPAs) and standard security review processes for commercial deal execution.
