What you will do

• Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, including transfer agreements, consents, and subscription agreements.
• Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings and assist with execution workflows.
• Work with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work across fast-moving, high-volume matters.
• Develop commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress via the SQE route.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Law degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear, professional, concise drafting.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently and proactively flag issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams.
