What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans using benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to improve project efficiency.
• Identify risks and maintain the project Risk Register.
• Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance.
• Support pre-contract and design team meetings with cost-related insights and document key actions.
• Manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reporting; perform measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or another cost/construction-focused field.
• 2+ years of cost management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyper-scale data centers.
• Advanced functions in CostX for estimates and bills.
• Thorough knowledge of construction process, management techniques, methods, and materials.
• Organized and detail-oriented work style.
