What you will do

• Own the React Native companion app from architecture through App Store and Google Play release and subsequent iteration.
• Develop full-stack features across accessible React UIs, type-safe APIs, and a GraphQL layer.
• Collaborate with web and design teams to share logic and types across platforms instead of forking codebases.
• Lead technical direction through careful code reviews, mentoring, and managing architectural trade-offs.
• Improve software delivery by optimizing testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Maintain accountability for shipped features, including instrumentation, incident handling, and post-mortem analysis.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping mobile apps to App Store and Google Play (React Native strongly preferred).
• Deep full-stack experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud-native development.
• Strong system-design instincts focusing on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Production experience with AWS, modern CI/CD, and observability tools.
• Experience tuning data access across relational, NoSQL, and search systems.
• Experience building accessible web applications (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with oRPC/tRPC, Pulumi, and Better Auth.
• Native mobile experience (iOS or Android) in addition to React Native.
• Prior experience in accessibility-critical or heavily regulated environments.
