What you will do

• Develop and implement a multi-year supply chain roadmap aligned with corporate growth and fiscal objectives.
• Lead the design and optimization of the global distribution and logistics network.
• Deploy AI-driven technologies to automate decision-making and improve predictive accuracy.
• Establish and manage cost-reduction programs for delivery, transportation, and refurbishment.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team to increase internal talent density.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Must be based in New York, New York (Hybrid setup).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), TMS, WMS, and Looker.
• Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic insights.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or MBA.
• APICS (CSCP/CPIM) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
