TL;DR

Location: Remote (US) with purposeful in-person collaboration.

Salary: $155,000–$201,500 Annual

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for daily 3PL operations including warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution.
  • Monitor 3PL performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and trading partners to ensure cold chain compliance and adherence to GDP/GXP requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and resolve shipping exceptions or escalations.
  • Track and report order metrics to drive operational insights and process improvements.
  • Manage agreements, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation for compliance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, logistics, and distribution.
  • Proven experience managing 3PL operations and relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of DSCSA and pharmaceutical state licensing requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a proactive manner.
