What you will do

• Manage end-to-end logistics execution across Retail, D2C, and Commercial channels, ensuring strict SLA compliance.
• Own the North America logistics P&L, managing freight spend, fulfillment costs, and annual operating budgets.
• Drive the On-Time Delivery (OTD) KPI framework and hold 3PL providers and carriers accountable via structured scorecards.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of logistics technology platforms, including WMS, TMS, and OMS.
• Design and scale the distribution network architecture to support growth across the US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Build and lead a high-performance North America logistics team, defining long-term organizational structure and headcount.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain leadership, with 4+ years in a Director-level role.
• Experience in product-shipping industries such as Consumer Electronics, CPG, or Wearables.
• Proven expertise in omnichannel logistics across at least two channels (Retail, D2C, or B2B).
• Strong financial acumen with direct experience in P&L ownership and freight cost modeling.
• Hands-on experience leading WMS, TMS, OMS, or ERP implementations.
• Deep knowledge of US retail compliance, including EDI setup, routing guides, and chargeback management.
