What you will do

• Analyze opportunities, propose ideas, and train/evaluate ML models for user interaction automation.
• Develop pipelines and automated processes for training and evaluating models in offline and online environments.

• Collaborate with product and strategy partners to propose, prioritize, and implement new AI-driven features.
• Engage with latest ML/AI developments to transform innovative ideas into productionized solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience shipping ML systems in production.
• Experience developing streaming feature pipelines and building ML models.
• Ability to make substantial changes to backend code to facilitate deployment.
• Strong ownership and drive for business impact in collaborative environments.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in full-time software development roles.
• Experience shipping high-quality LLM integrations to user products.
• Experience operating in highly ambiguous environments.
