Product Manager (Sponsored AR)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Sponsored AR): Driving the product vision for AR-driven business products and advertiser outcomes with an accent on shopping and new vertical expansion. Focus on defining success metrics, executing the product lifecycle from Beta to GA, and building alignment across cross-functional teams.

Location: Must work from an office 4+ days per week in one of the following cities: Bellevue, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle.

What you will do

• Develop product vision and strategy for AR Business opportunities on hirify.globalchat.
• Define and own product goals and success metrics from Beta through GA.
• Partner with designers, engineers, and data scientists to build technology that redefines user interaction.
• Drive strategic decisions through market evaluation and analysis of AR products.
• Execute the full product lifecycle: write specs, create wireframes, run user studies, and conduct AB tests.
• Build alignment on product vision with company leadership and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer technology company (or Masters + 3 years).
• Ability to perform quantitative and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Minitab, or SPSS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence outcomes.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in-office 4+ days per week.

Nice to have

• PM or PMM experience in AR/VR or related technology.
• Experience in technology strategy from a large tech company, investment bank, or management consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle, including prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
