Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, New York, or Palo Alto (Office attendance expected 4+ days per week)

Salary: $178,000 – $313,000 annually

What you will do

  • Drive the end-to-end development and launch of high-impact products for the advertising platform.
  • Lead complex product areas involving business experiences, interfaces, and campaign management workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing Science to align priorities and execute shared goals.
  • Proactively identify domain challenges and develop innovative solutions and clear roadmaps.
  • Operate autonomously to manage complexity and ambiguity while aligning products with the broader company vision.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company (or Masters + 4 years).
  • Proficiency in product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle: defining needs, prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
