What you will do

• Lead vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for frontier AI technologies to solve real-world problems
• Partner with research to define, improve, and ship model capabilities within a research area
• Identify nascent research that could become transformative products
• Synthesize user insights into actionable requirements and evaluation plans
• Assess the AI landscape and ecosystem to maintain an objective view of market capabilities
• Collaborate with and influence research, product engineering, and platform engineering stakeholders

Requirements

• Deep passion and regular hands-on use of AI and LLMs
• First-principles thinking and ability to execute in ambiguity across domains based on the business problem
• Strong technical background in AI/ML; working proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong user empathy; ability to turn vague or contradictory feedback into clear priorities
• Track record of launching ambitious products with distribution or commercial success
• Comfort with risk/benefit thinking for new technologies and independent learning

Nice to have

• 5+ years of product management experience launching and scaling products (founder background is a plus)
