TL;DR

Clinical Care Navigator (Medtech): Coordinating behavioral health support and crisis response for corporate clients and employees with an accent on clinical consultation for HR/ER teams and critical incident stress debriefing. Focus on managing high-risk situations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring safety through efficient care navigation.

Location: Must be a full-time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the US.

Salary: $38.65 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide clinical consultation and guidance to leaders, HR, and ER teams regarding employee behavioral health and support strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) responses, including logistics and follow-up care.
  • Deliver discreet, high-touch clinical support to executives and VIP employees.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to high-risk employees, performing risk assessments and safety planning.
  • Partner with internal departments like Customer Success and clinical leadership to align services with contractual commitments.
  • Maintain confidential records of all interactions in strict compliance with HIPAA and company protocols.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent.
  • Independent clinical licensure is required (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC).
  • Minimum of two years post-license experience.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations and CISD coordination.
  • Availability to work specific shifts (PST/MST/CST/EST evening/night rotations).

Nice to have

  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) certification.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Previous experience in EAP or clinical call centers.
