What you will do
- Provide clinical consultation and guidance to leaders, HR, and ER teams regarding employee behavioral health and support strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) responses, including logistics and follow-up care.
- Deliver discreet, high-touch clinical support to executives and VIP employees.
- Conduct proactive outreach to high-risk employees, performing risk assessments and safety planning.
- Partner with internal departments like Customer Success and clinical leadership to align services with contractual commitments.
- Maintain confidential records of all interactions in strict compliance with HIPAA and company protocols.
Requirements
- Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
- Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent.
- Independent clinical licensure is required (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC).
- Minimum of two years post-license experience.
- Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations and CISD coordination.
- Availability to work specific shifts (PST/MST/CST/EST evening/night rotations).
Nice to have
- Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Previous experience in EAP or clinical call centers.
