What you will do

• Draft, redline, and negotiate contract terms in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Participate in regular deal reviews to assess pricing, structuring, and overall account strategy.
• Enforce pricing execution guidelines and secure necessary approvals for discounts and payment terms.
• Act as a subject matter expert on sales and revenue compliance policies.
• Streamline deal approval processes to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate pipeline movement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Deal Desk experience within the Software and SaaS industries.
• Fluent German language proficiency.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency in SFDC, CRM, CPQ, and CLM solutions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have existing work authorization for Ireland.
