TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines)

Salary: ₱60,000 per month

What you will do

  • Create and update quotes in Salesforce CPQ based on the Revenue and Customer Success Approval Matrix.
  • Process requests via email and Salesforce queues to update order details and formatting within SLAs.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to approve and execute non-standard deal requests.
  • Review, compile, and send finalized contracts for signature using DocuSign.
  • Develop and maintain the Deal Desk Manual based on new request patterns.
  • Recommend and implement operational process improvements for the Sales Operations team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, contracting, or deal desk roles.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce and SaaS accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, especially during end-of-quarter peaks.
  • Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • Must be based in the Philippines to support the hybrid office model in Manila.
