What you will do

• Administer the online MDF portal, troubleshooting partner access and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain accurate tracking of partner budget requests, compliance logs, and claim histories in master dashboards.
• Act as the first point of contact for partners navigating the MDF lifecycle and documentation requirements.
• Compile and clean raw fund usage data to support quarterly reviews and executive reporting.
• Coordinate daily with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to monitor payment status of approved claims.
• Identify operational bottlenecks in the partner journey and recommend program optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in a coordinator, operations, or administrative role.
• High proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, and foundational formulas).
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and corporate expense/reimbursement workflows.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
