What you will do
- Monitor real-time agent activity and adherence to schedules.

- Analyze real-time volume trends to optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Taguig, Metro Manila
- Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) and real-time analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to manage high-volume operational data.
