What you will do

• Follow change governance procedures and complete CAB Impact Assessments with senior guidance.
• Maintain client-specific and generic support documentation and operational runbooks.
• Triage and deliver low- to mid-complexity change requests independently.
• Support the handover from Change to Operations for new client onboardings and significant changes.
• Investigate escalated issues, assist with RCAs, and prepare service performance updates for client meetings.
• Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to clearly articulate progress and change impacts.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a technical or data-related background, or early-career experience in EDM Services.
• Ability to analyze problems and follow structured delivery processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to expand knowledge in financial data and workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with internal teams across multiple departments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and visualization.
• Knowledge of equity and fixed-income indices, ESG data, ratings, or corporate actions.
