What you will do

• Partner with field leaders and operational performance professionals to identify crew capability gaps and develop training responses.
• Design training metrics to measure field performance impact, including safety leading indicators and productivity outcomes.
• Develop craft training programs, curricula, assessments, and competency profiles grounded in field performance needs.
• Communicate the connection between learning strategy and field execution to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, safety, training, or equivalent related field experience.
• 7+ years of experience in field-based technical instruction, craft training, or instructor development.
• 3+ years of experience supervising and directing people and resources.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
