IT Project Manager (Health IT)

TL;DR

IT Project Manager (Health IT): Leading and supporting the Organ Procurement and Transplant Network (OPTN) cloud services engagement with an accent on contract deliverables, Agile Scrum processes, and quality control. Focus on coordinating EPLC artifacts, ensuring PWS conformance, and managing high-visibility government contract performance.

Location: Remote (US). Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

What you will do

• Lead and manage all aspects of contract deliverables for the OPTN cloud services engagement.
• Coordinate the HRSA Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) Agile Scrum process and facilitate the population of EPLC artifacts.
• Develop and maintain the Project Process Agreement (PPA) and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Conduct independent quality reviews of contract deliverables to ensure completeness and PWS conformance.
• Establish a performance tracking framework using KPIs to monitor and report on contract performance.
• Collaborate with the PMO and technical leads to ensure documentation conforms to federal records management expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, health information management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience working with military and/or civilian customers.
• PMP certification is required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-task projects and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
