What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Order Management Specialists, managing capacity and workload across queues.
• Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle from placement through fulfillment and completion.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-value, or at-risk orders to drive root-cause resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain to improve the order experience.
• Build and maintain standards, playbooks, and documentation governing purchasing workflows.
• Drive team efficiency through process standardization, automation, and the practical use of AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, order management, supply chain, or procurement.
• Proven track record of formally leading and coaching an operations team.
• Hands-on experience managing team queues and SLAs.
• Ability to build and standardize processes in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
