What you will do

• Define architectural frameworks, delivery standards, and technical methodologies to guide the Services Delivery organization.
• Lead the development of technical practices in AI/ML, data platforms, cloud migration, and MLOps.
• Provide principal-level technical guidance for the most complex and strategically significant customer opportunities.
• Advise C-level and senior executive stakeholders on platform architecture and AI strategy.
• Mentor senior architects and technical leads to raise the overall technical ceiling of the practice.
• Channel field intelligence back into the product organization to influence the strategic roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior technical architecture, data platform consulting, or a principal-level customer-facing role.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Snowflake, including advanced governance, performance architecture, and multi-cloud deployment.
• Extensive experience with the enterprise AI/ML lifecycle, production MLOps, and generative AI architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python sufficient to architect and review production systems.
• Proven track record of translating technical depth into executive clarity for C-level audiences.
• Must be based in Boston, MA, USA

• Published technical work or recognized industry contributions in data, AI/ML, or cloud architecture.
• Experience building or scaling a technical practice or Center of Excellence.
• SnowPro Advanced Certifications or advanced cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
