What you will do

• Lead industrial design for future hardware, bands, accessories, and wearable ecosystems from concept to production.
• Create compelling design concepts using sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, and visualization.
• Drive ergonomic studies, wearability testing, and human factors exploration to ensure performance across body types.
• Partner with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing to balance design intent with technical feasibility and cost.
• Lead CMF direction and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across the brand's physical touchpoints.
• Mentor industrial designers and present strategic design rationales to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industrial design experience in consumer electronics, wearables, health tech, or complex consumer goods.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, concept development, and production execution.
• Proven experience bringing products from early concept through manufacturing and launch.
• Strong 2D and 3D design skills, including CAD, rendering, and physical prototyping.
• Deep understanding of ergonomics, CMF, and design for scale.
• Ability to lead ambiguous, future-facing programs while managing detailed shipping requirements.
