What you will do

• Manage and mentor Project Coordinators, defining career paths and ensuring proper training and documentation.
• Lead the Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of program and study management.
• Manage financial components including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Gather customer requirements and relay them to internal teams to ensure appropriate expectation setting.
• Identify study risks and develop mitigation strategies to resolve customer escalations timely.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Operational teams to present services and support sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Proven expertise in project management and deep knowledge of the drug development process.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and lead cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office products.
