What you will do

• Build live reporting across multiple games to align player experiences with product outcomes and share lessons across titles.
• Develop measurement frameworks for game activity and player experience to enhance decision-making for game teams.
• Lead projects that translate player and game dynamics into insights for the wider live games portfolio.
• Analyze data pipelines and architecture to implement new approaches for data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with game teams, central data platforms, and publishing teams to create impactful dashboards and studies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in an Analyst or Business Intelligence (BI) role.
• Expertise in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and data visualization.
• English: Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to distill complex data results into compelling presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Location: Must be based in the United States.
