What you will do

  • Own hirify.global’s earned media presence end-to-end, including media strategy, press coverage, and reactive communications.
  • Lead the relationship with the PR agency, driving strategic agenda and accountability for coverage outcomes.
  • Build and manage a proactive media program targeting fintech, SMB, and entrepreneurship beats.
  • Manage executive communications for the CEO and leadership team, including speech writing and LinkedIn presence.
  • Drive communications for product launches, brand campaigns, and company milestones in partnership with PMM and Brand.
  • Monitor and protect brand reputation using a crisis communications playbook.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in communications, PR, or corporate affairs at a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or consumer brand.
  • Proven experience owning media programs and building personal reporter relationships.
  • Strong executive communications chops with experience writing for CEOs and coaching founders.
  • High editorial bar with the ability to translate financial product stories for small business owners.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-adjacent environments.
  • Strategic operator capable of building systems and processes from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with brands serving small business owners or self-employed professionals.
  • Public POV on communications, media, or brand (e.g., newsletter, LinkedIn presence).
  • Experience navigating major brand moments such as funding rounds or product controversies.
