What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of field technicians across various job sites, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of IT systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the field and escalate operational problems to management.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between customers, project managers, and internal teams.
• Ensure all installations comply with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project progress, coordinate materials, and provide status updates to ensure work is completed on schedule.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with field services, hardware deployments, and multi-site rollouts.
• Proven experience leading technicians or acting as the senior technical resource in the field.
• Solid working knowledge of SCCM imaging, Windows device configuration, and endpoint deployment.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
• Must be based in Illinois (IL).
