What you will do

• Define and execute the overall event strategy, including industry sponsorships and proprietary events.
• Lead pre-, onsite, and post-event initiatives, including promotion, sales outreach, and lead tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event themes, messaging, and content delivery.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partners to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Measure and report on event ROI to inform future planning and strategy.
• Travel as necessary to support on-site event activations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering B2B industry and marketing events.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Newton, MA office for hybrid work.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end event projects.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SFDC and event management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications.
