Salary: $220,000–$245,000/yr

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to ensure successful usage and adoption of Forward technologies.
• Take ownership of post-sales technical issues and work cross-functionally to document resolution steps.
• Guide customers through the various stages of platform adoption.
• Collaborate directly with internal Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Travel to customer locations as needed (less than 10%).

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a CI Clearance is required.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience.
• 5+ years of post-sales engineering or network engineering experience in large enterprises, service providers, or government agencies.
• Strong understanding of Networking and Security fundamentals.
• Experience working with multiple network vendors (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications: CCIE, JNCIE, or VCDX.
• Experience working within a startup company.
• Working knowledge of API-driven workflows and scripting languages (Python, bash, jq, graphql).
