What you will do

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students via phone.
• Build rapport and recommend suitable training programs based on individual career goals.
• Guide students through the enrollment process, including documentation and paperwork.
• Explain tuition assistance, VA benefits, and financial aid options.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with campus teams to ensure student readiness for program start dates.

Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (C1+ level).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, student enrollment, or inside sales.
• Proven ability to convert inbound inquiries into enrollments.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with CRM and lead management systems.
• Must be based in LATAM and able to work U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in vocational or trade schools.
