What you will do
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students via phone.
- Build rapport and recommend suitable training programs based on individual career goals.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, including documentation and paperwork.
- Explain tuition assistance, VA benefits, and financial aid options.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with campus teams to ensure student readiness for program start dates.
Requirements
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (C1+ level).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, student enrollment, or inside sales.
- Proven ability to convert inbound inquiries into enrollments.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM and lead management systems.
- Must be based in LATAM and able to work U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in vocational or trade schools.
- Familiarity with VA Education Benefits or workforce development programs.
- Background in healthcare education or skilled trades recruitment.
