What you will do

• Manage scheduled event data and reporting within Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain the accuracy of the hirify.global PLD catalogue and website content.
• Monitor registration trends and analyze data to inform scheduling and forecasting decisions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure global workshop availability.
• Act as a Tier 2 contact for scheduling and product-related inquiries.
• Partner with the Marketing team to review campaign performance and launch schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated project or event management experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from The Hague or Washington DC.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification.
• Familiarity with Event Management Systems or LMS.
• Proficiency in Spanish or French.
• Understanding of the international education or hirify.global context.
