What you will do

• Plan and manage due diligence assessments, environmental monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Develop scopes of work, proposals, and project deliverables for various clients.
• Manage project budgets, track profitability, and ensure milestones are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and train project staff and field teams.
• Oversee technical reports and ensure compliance with NJDEP and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in site investigation and remediation.
• 2-6 years of project management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of New Jersey environmental laws and regulations.
• Experience with proposal preparation and technical writing.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, office-based environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASTM transactional due diligence.
