What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land and build-to-suit infrastructure projects.
• Define the scope of engineering, environmental, and utility studies required for site evaluation.
• Procure and manage external engineering consultants throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Interpret complex technical findings to provide clear development recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop and standardize due diligence playbooks, templates, and review processes.
• Collaborate with Site Selection, Engineering, and Legal teams to mitigate technical and commercial risks.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in technical due diligence, civil engineering, or large-scale industrial infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, and utility coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale data center or mission-critical infrastructure developments.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or PMP certification.
• Knowledge of power markets and transmission infrastructure.
