What you will do

• Lead engagement with building owners and stakeholders to define operational objectives and success metrics.
• Develop comprehensive Facility Operations Plans that align people, processes, and technology with owner goals.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Concept of Operations (ConOps) documentation.
• Lead operational resilience and intelligence planning to improve reliability and uptime.
• Align capital investment strategies with operational risk and asset lifecycle goals.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, facility management, or construction management.
• 7+ years of experience in facility operations, asset management, or operational planning.
• Proven experience in a consulting or advisory capacity working directly with building owners.
• Strong understanding of facility lifecycle management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools like Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees or certifications related to facilities, operations, or asset management.
• Working knowledge of the AEC industry and interactions between design teams and operators.
