What you will do
- Act as a strategic and analytic partner to the Worksite business and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Synthesize complex information into compelling narratives to align strategy and execution for executive management.
- Independently lead cross-disciplinary projects to resolve strategic business questions and advance Worksite goals.
- Manage and optimize the Worksite Sales Planning tool to improve sales effectiveness and pipeline visibility.
- Utilize automation and AI to streamline executive reporting and reduce manual effort in operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different organizations.
- 5+ years of experience creating data-driven presentations for senior leaders using PowerPoint and Excel.
- 2+ years of experience with distribution datasets and building sales planning models.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Springfield or Boston, MA.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in project management and executive presentations.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or competitive intelligence.
- Industry experience with life insurance and supplemental health products.
- Experience with MekkoGraphics add-on for PowerPoint.
