What you will do

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs.
• Create and maintain data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Execute test cases and perform root cause analysis to ensure minimal production defects.
• Ensure compliance with data security standards and HIPAA regulations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and participate in requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required due to contractual and access requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and report writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Understanding of data stores and the impact of changes across systems.

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
