What you will do
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritize daily communications.
- Maintain and update CRM records in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and vendors to support business initiatives.
- Coordinate projects using tools like Asana, Trello, and Notion to ensure operational workflows remain organized.
- Draft professional correspondence, meeting agendas, and internal documentation.
- Assist with light bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoicing as required.
Requirements
- Must be based in El Salvador
- 1–2 years of experience in virtual assistance, administrative, or executive support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Familiarity with financial tools like QuickBooks or Xero.
- Previous experience supporting founders, startups, or remote teams.
