TL;DR
Desktop Service Technician (IT Support): Providing level 2 hardware and software support for internal business units with an accent on white-glove executive support and device lifecycle management. Focus on maintaining workstation security, resolving complex technical incidents, and managing enterprise endpoint configurations in an onsite environment.
Location: Must be based in Toronto/Mississauga, Canada (100% onsite)
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 CAD

What you will do
- Provide white-glove technical support to executives, traders, and business-critical staff.
- Investigate and resolve level 2/3 hardware and software incidents using ServiceNow.
- Manage device lifecycles including procurement, imaging, and hardware refreshes.
- Configure and maintain endpoints using Intune, SCCM, and JAMF Pro.
- Support audio/video conferencing equipment for Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Participate in disaster recovery activities and on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Must be able to work 100% in-office (Toronto/Mississauga).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Desktop Technician.
- Proficiency in Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with device management tools like Intune, JAMF, or SCCM.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for hardware and network connectivity.
Nice to have
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- ITIL v4 or A+ certification.
