What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for production, flight operations, and manufacturing planning.
• Own the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process in collaboration with supply chain and engineering.
• Drive production capacity planning, resource allocation, and throughput optimization.
• Establish and monitor key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, first-pass yield, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with engineering to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing manufacturing leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a multi-departmental leadership role.
• Proven experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Deep understanding of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling.
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience scaling manufacturing from low-volume to high-rate production.
• Familiarity with FAA certification programs and flight test operations.
