What you will do

• Own key metrics such as food costs, perform deep dives to identify cost gaps, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and create corrective action plans to mitigate cost impact.
• Manage stock levels to prevent shortages and excess while reducing waste and spoilage.
• Optimize ordering and distribution processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and communicate price changes to relevant internal departments.
• Support the deployment of ERP/MRP & WMS tools and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and basic SQL skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1+) as the company HQ is located in NYC.
• Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
