What you will do

• Manage the founder's inbox by triaging, drafting responses, and organizing communications.
• Coordinate complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prepare meeting agendas.
• Conduct research on industry events and handle logistics for travel and registration.
• Perform background research on existing and prospective customers to support business development.
• Maintain task and issue tracking within Linear to ensure project organization.
• Document and build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines.
• Must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
• Prior experience managing email and calendars for an executive or founder.
• Experience with project management or issue-tracking tools like Linear, Asana, or Jira.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and learn new processes with minimal supervision.
