What you will do

• Drive qualified inbound leads through targeted campaigns for DeFi protocols, lending platforms, and foundations.
• Develop and manage growth workflows using modern AI tooling, MCPs, and automation.
• Utilize scripting to optimize marketing processes and increase operational leverage.
• Collaborate with a lean team to enhance market visibility within the professional DeFi ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 1–5 years of experience in growth or B2B marketing with a proven track record of measurable results.
• Genuine interest in professional DeFi infrastructure such as stablecoins, vaults, and lending protocols.
• Background in infrastructure, protocol, or technical marketing (retail crypto, CEX, or DEX backgrounds are not a fit).
