What you will do

• Develop and qualify process recipes to meet production and quality standards.
• Analyze process and equipment data to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for yield improvement.
• Partner with equipment, metrology, and integration teams to support production goals.
• Execute process characterization activities and manage changes through qualification procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chandler, AZ.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or plasma etch processes.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex technical problems.
