Salary: $22.60–$28.20/hour

What you will do

• Process daily purchase orders and requisitions for services and inventory.
• Monitor and update estimated arrival dates for orders by coordinating with suppliers.
• Resolve back-ordered product inquiries and manage past-due purchase orders.
• Obtain domestic and international freight quotes for shipments.
• Handle nonconformity issues with suppliers and file transportation claims when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all procurement activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Fraser, MI to support the hybrid work schedule.
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or general order administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with U.S. and worldwide medical device regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior experience with SAP software.
