What you will do
- Build autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel to automate data mapping and code migration.
- Design configuration agents that auto-generate documentation and environment setups for product deployments.
- Audit Professional Services workflows to identify high-impact AI opportunities and perform cost-benefit analyses.
- Implement LLM Ops for agentic solutions while adhering to corporate AI architecture standards.
- Collaborate with the Central AI Team to develop training content and enable consultants on new AI capabilities.
- Drive customer adoption of MCP-based solutions to connect AI agents with enterprise data.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 3–5 years of experience in Professional Services delivery, consulting, or technology-enabled programs within a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows.
- Practical experience with generative AI solutions, including RAG, vector databases, and API integrations.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex LLM concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
